How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Corruptiontreatment Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Corruptiontreatment Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear about it. What you tell us helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Corruptiontreatment Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Ohio.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@corruptiontreatment.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
